As part of its forward integration Ravi Industries, from being an OEM supplier to all the leading Indian Bicycle brands  launched its exclusive HIPPO -The Hi Power Bikes in the year 2006. The Management and the team at Hippo has its strong roots in R&D - equipped with latest Design & Development tools, vast experience in developing and manufacturing the critical Bicycle components. Its versatile manufacturing setup in 2,30,000 sq ft is aided with semi automated process oriented components manufacturing lines, automated surface treatment & painting plant and semi automated assembly lines including Holland Mechanics robotic wheel rim assembly with lacing.
